岗位职责：
1.Provide precise assistance to the PBD Head in serving the TOP5 developers. 为部门负责人提供精准支持，共同服务TOP5开发商。
2.Quickly establish connections with the design, marketing, procurement and other relevant departments of the TOP5 Developers. 能够快速、精准的与TOP5开发商的设计、市场、采购及其他相关部门建立联系。
3.Manager product assortments with PBT and formulate products catalogue for KA. 与PBT共同管理产品组合，并为关键客户制定产品策略。
4.Guide national-level strategic interactions, roadshows, and marketing activities.主导战略对接、路演及市场营销活动。
5.Assist the PBD Head in handling emergency situations with the TOP5 Developers. 协助部门负责人处理TOP5开发商的紧急情况。


任职资格：
1.Bachelor’s Degree. 本科及以上学历。
2.Work experience in the real estate industry. 具备房地产行业工作经验。
3.Strong business mindset. 具备商业意识。
4.Communication skills and management skills.良好的沟通与管理能力。
