I. Job Mission
This role provides critical support to the Saudi Arabia business: serving as the Project Management Office (PMO) specialist for the HR workstream of the new manufacturing base project and acting as an HRBP to help implement HR solutions and support to the business.
II. Key Responsibilities
1. HR Project Management Office (PMO) Support:
74Coordinate HR project activities, track progress against milestones, and help maintain project plans and documentation for the Saudi manufacturing base initiative.
74Assist in managing communication with internal and external stakeholders. This includes preparing status updates, scheduling meetings, and ensuring effective information flow.
74Organize project meetings, draft agendas, document key decisions and action items, and prepare regular project status reports for the project.
74Help identify, track, and escalate potential project risks or issues to the project team in a timely manner.
2. HR Business Partnering Support:
74Support to execute HR strategies and solutions for the Saudi business, focusing on areas such as talent acquisition support, onboarding, and change management during the startup phase.
74Provide day-to-day HRBP support to meet the Lenovo Saudi MFG project target and MFG business operation target.
74Gather and analyze HR data to provide insights that support decision-making for the business and HR project enablement.
