Position: Major Tasks 1. Online CRM: Including HCP recruitment, HCPs’ online participation management, HCPs’ one-on-one online academic visit, HCPs’ academic questions answering ; HCPs’ online meeting invitation and post-conference follow-up. 2. Deliver Key messages: According to the product strategy of marketing team, conduct one-on-one phone calls to evaluate HCPs’ concept level of Bayer products, and accurately deliver key messages to improve the HCPs’ adoption ladder. 3. Organize online events and webcasting. For key hospital, organize online hospital meetings to deliver product messages. For key province, design and conduct series online-offline meeting to engage remote hospitals together with sales team and drive sales result. 4. Online business planning and follow-up: Quarterly business review and planning, reporting on customer interactions, Bayer product sales, and new business opportunities in the responsible territory, and working closely with offline teams to jointly promote business growth and product listing. 5. Cross-functional collaboration: Each multi-channel representative is responsible for 2-5 provinces, and regularly reports and communicates with the district manager and representative of the province in charge on customer recruitment, customer interaction, hospital business, joint meetings, etc., and coordinates multi-regional joint meetings; Collaborate with Operation Manager tocarry out online activities to increase customer interaction and increase awareness of Bayer brands. 6.
