Your tasks: 1. Work with global IP team to support trademark prosecution 2. Gather documents and evidence to support trademark litigations 3. Handle trademark authorization related matters 4. Conduct trademark searches and assess risks associated with new product and service name 5. Provide comprehensive trademark legal advice to support business operations 6. Monitor and advise on trademark infringement issues 7. Coordinate and manage enforcement actions such as administrative raids, criminal raids, PRC Customs seizures, and online takedown requests 8. Develop and implement anti-counterfeiting strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external enforcement agencies 9. Establish working relationships with various enforcement authorities and conduct training to enforcement officials 10. Monitor online and offline marketplaces, including e-commerce platforms, social media and physical markets) for counterfeit or infringing product Your profile: 1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in trademark prosecution and enforcement, preferably in a multinational company or IP law firm 2. Bachelor’s degree or above in Law, Intellectual Property, or related fields 3. Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required 4. Sound understanding of trademark related issues 5. Solid experience in trademark prosecution and enforcement 6. Ability to work independently in a multicultural environment 7. Strong communication and coordination skills
