I. Basic Job Information
61 Job Title: Key Account Manager
61 Work Location: Major Shanghai across China (assigned based on business needs)

61 Reporting To: Senior Key Account Manager
II. Job Responsibilities
1. Achieve Sales Targets: Strictly implement the company’s sales policies and strategies, formulate regional sales plans, and ensure the smooth completion of monthly, quarterly and annual sales tasks as well as payment collection targets.
2. Customer Development and Maintenance: Proactively develop new business and maintain current business with key coffee chain customer like Starbucks Coffee, Luckin Coffee etc. with Senior Key Account Manager together, establish and maintain long-term and stable cooperative relationships; conduct regular customer visits and provide targeted product recommendations and solutions.
3. Order and Channel Management: Follow up the entire process of customer orders, coordinate with logistics, finance and other departments to ensure the smooth execution of orders; manage the distributor team in the region, optimize channel layout and guarantee effective product distribution.
4. Market Information Management: Conduct research on industry development trends, collect information about competitors’ dynamics, prices and promotions, timely feedback customer needs and market opportunities, and provide support for the company’s strategy adjustment.
5. Cross-departmental Collaboration: Work closely with the technical team to provide customers with basic technical support related to product application; participate in the coordination of new product launches to ensure the rapid market placement of products through channels.
III. Job Requirements
1. Education and Major: College degree or above, with priority given to majors such as Food Science, Marketing and Business Administration.
2. Work Experience: Above 8 years or more of sales experience in the food service industry; priority will be given to candidates with successful cases in distributor management or B-end customer development; candidates who are familiar with the local food and beverage market and have customer resources will be preferred.
3. Core Competencies: Possess excellent communication, coordination, negotiation and problem-solving skills; strong self-motivation, ability to withstand sales pressure and adapt to business travel needs.
4. Professional Skills: Proficient in using Microsoft Office software; able to use written English as a working language, with priority given to candidates with fluent spoken English.
