职位描述
Responsibilities:
1.Organize MCV agency training activities and line up external institutes or speakers;
2.Responsible for design, delivery, implementation and maintenance of training programs/activities for agency to uplift agents’ Productivity and Professionalism
3.Take lead to drive and organize new and existing product training for agency force to enhance selling skills on different types of insurance product
4.Provide training support, including program development, arrangement and delivery, on various kind of training programs such as IIQE
5.Support ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
1.Degree holder in Business Management, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a relevant discipline
2.A minimum 5 years’ relevant training experience
3.Proficiency in PC applications, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
4.Proficient in spoken and written Cantonese, English, fluency in Mandarin is highly preferred
5.Strong communication and presentation abilities
6.Self-motivated,strategic thinker with a passion for driving results
