Job Description
1. Preliminary review of reimbursements and payments, recording and adjusting VAT amounts, and processing daily incoming payment into system
2. Submit online banking payments and maintain bank master data; manage bank account changes and handle on-site foreign exchange receipts and payments.
3. Invoice management, including issuing special VAT invoices and managing input VAT invoices
4. Manage goods receipt in the system and adjust customs duties (if applicable)
5. Handle accounting adjustments for e-commerce platforms such as Tmall, JD, and Youzan etc.
6. Support month end, handle accruals and reclass for receivables and payables, prepare ageing reports and other expense reports.
7. Assist with annual inventory count
8. Daily processing of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and invoice offsets in the system
9. Monthly voucher filing and binding, and other closing-related tasks
10. Assist with internal and external audits, including tax audits
11. Handle on-site matters with the tax bureau and manage tax payments.
12. Coordinate financial and tax matters between headquarters and branches.
13. Liaise with daily operational matters, including coordination with branch operations and headquarters
14. Responsible for company cashier-related tasks
15. Other tasks assigned by the manager
Qualifications
1. Working Experience:3 years and above
2. Academic Qualification:Bachelor preferred, can accept experienced candidate with junior college academic qualification
3. Language Skills:Chinese, Cantonese, English (can read)
4. Other Requirements Junior accountancy certificate with retail and ecommerce accounting experience preferred
