职位概述 / Job Overview

我们正在寻找一位结果导向的国际销售经理,负责带领公司产品在指定海外区域实现从0到1的市场拓展。您将主导新市场开发、经销商网络搭建及品牌影响力提升工作,以扩大市场份额并达成销售及回款目标。

We are seeking a results-driven International Sales Manager to lead the market expansion of our products in designated overseas regions—from 0 to 1. You will be responsible for developing new markets, building distributor networks, and enhancing brand presence to drive market share and achieve sales and collection targets.

核心职责 / Key Responsibilities

1. 主导市场从0到1的全流程开发工作,包括客户挖掘、经销商网络建设及本地化品牌推广。

1. Lead end-to-end market development from scratch, including customer acquisition, distributor network establishment, and localized brand promotion.

2. 制定并执行区域销售策略与计划,确保完成并超越年度销售及回款目标。

2. Develop and implement regional sales strategies and plans to meet and exceed annual sales and collection goals.

3. 统筹订单全流程管理:负责商务谈判、合同签订,协调生产与物流环节,确保货物按时交付及款项及时回收。

3. Manage the entire order process: conduct business negotiations, sign contracts, coordinate production and logistics, and ensure timely delivery and payment collection.

4. 代表公司与海外客户对接,提供产品培训、商务沟通支持,维护高层客户关系,同时处理客户投诉及突发业务问题。

4. Represent the company in meetings with overseas clients, providing product training, business interpretation, and maintaining high-level customer relationships while addressing complaints and emergencies.

5. 参与国际展会,开展市场调研与客户拜访工作,收集竞争对手及市场动态信息,输出深度分析报告以支撑战略决策。

5. Participate in international trade shows, conduct market research and customer visits, gather competitor and market intelligence, and deliver in-depth analysis to support strategic decision-making.

任职要求 / Qualifications

1. 本科及以上学历。

1. Bachelor’s degree or above.

2. 具备市场开发实战经验,能够独立完成新客户开发及经销商渠道从0到1的搭建工作。

2. Proven experience in market development, with the ability to independently build new client relationships and distributor channels from the ground up.

3. 拥有出色的商务谈判能力及扎实的商业洞察力。

3. Strong business negotiation skills and solid business acumen.

4. 英语听说读写流利,可作为商务谈判及技术沟通的工作语言。

4. Fluent in English (spoken and written), capable of using it as a working language for business negotiations and technical communication.

5. 具备优秀的跨文化沟通能力、适应能力及抗压能力,能够接受频繁国际差旅及长期海外派驻。

5. Excellent cross-cultural communication, adaptability, and resilience; comfortable with frequent international travel and extended overseas assignments.

6. 工作积极主动、结果导向,具备独立解决问题的能力及良好的团队协作意识。

6. Proactive, result-oriented, and able to solve problems independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
