Job Description
GENERAL SUMMARY
Develop the business in assigned market with a specific focus on expanding the semiconductor industry business, and achieve the revenue growth of company products and services in assigned market and prospect accounts by analyzing and meeting customer needs; developing and implementing sales plans; selling products and providing customer support in an assigned geographic territory.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Achieves annual sales targets by working with the District Manager and senior district sales personnel to establish selling strategy and tactics. Obtains orders and establishes new accounts, with an emphasis on semiconductor industry clients; plans and organizes daily work; calls on existing and potential sales customers (focusing on semiconductor manufacturers and related enterprises).
2. Analyzes customer needs, requirements, and strategic plans recommending solutions with Company programs. Keeps management informed through regular activity reports and communications.
3. Develops and maintains a sales funnel and other required reports or documentation in SFDC system.
4. Meets or exceeds the required minimum daily sales calls as set by the assigned group, with targeted outreach to semiconductor industry prospects. May be accompanied by district management personnel.
5. Calls on customer facilities (including semiconductor fabs and production sites) and observes and implements practical application of products. Services assigned accounts, including semiconductor clients; recommends changes in chemical dosages, flow rates, or equipment tailored to semiconductor manufacturing processes. Reports changes or problems to District Manager and then customer.
6. Begins to work with existing customers to seek new applications for existing products in semiconductor production scenarios. With assistance from senior sales personnel and the District Manager, develops and executes account sales plans with a focus on semiconductor industry needs.
