Brand Strategy:
1、Lead brand 1-year plan and long-term strategy
2、Convert brand growth into real business results
3、Brand budget planning
Portfolio Management
1、Innovation product pipeline, including innovation strategy, concept, packaging;
2、Portfolio optimization, including pack-size, seasonal packs and regional needs;
3、Business Growth Engine Lean into focused channels (O2O, EC and CVS) and drive marketing initiatives to gain share
Brand Activation
1、Lead brand communication to continuously build Hoegaarden’s super premium position and high-quality imagery
2、Social communication
