1. Be responsible for Cainiao the salary settlement of Russian labor force, ensuring timely and accurate delivery, and answering relevant questions;
2. Be responsible for Cainiao the business handling of Russian new employees' entry, resignation, change, contract signing, personnel file management, certificate issuance, holiday approval and other modules, and undertake the business handling of designated modules and employee consultation and answering questions; Can be independent and flexible
Management of related business scenario issues and cases;
3. Responsible for docking business with HRBP, undertaking SSC-related work in Russia, keeping information synchronization and collaborative support with SSC headquarters team and Asia-Pacific SSC team, and implementing the decision-making requirements of headquarters;

4. Be responsible for discovering business, process and system problem points and points to be optimized, and realize iterative optimization of related problems through active communication, feedback and collaboration;
5. Understand the internal and external systems and operate them skillfully, actively excavate the points to be optimized, and improve the system functions;

1. Russian and English can be used as working languages, and speaking Chinese is a bonus;
2. Clear logic, quick thinking, can skillfully use Excel and formulas, and have the ability to efficiently process complex data;

4. Strong communication and coordination skills and expression skills, with the ability to solve problems;
