Your role and responsibilities
1. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
●
Develops and implements planning and fulfillment strategies in line with business requirements, ensuring accurate demand forecasting, efficient production scheduling, and reliable customer deliveries.
●
Leads continuous improvement programs using Lean, Six Sigma, and other structured methodologies to drive efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize end-to-end processes.
●
Ensures cross-functional alignment between planning, operations, procurement, logistics, and customer service to achieve service level, cost, and quality targets.
●
Establishes and monitors KPIs for planning accuracy, order fulfillment, process efficiency, and improvement initiatives, ensuring transparency and accountability.
●
Identifies, prioritizes, and executes improvement projects that enhance productivity, digitalization, sustainability, and overall operational performance.
●
Champions the use of digital tools and data analytics to strengthen decision-making in planning, fulfillment, and improvement initiatives.
●
Manages risk and ensures business continuity by addressing bottlenecks, capacity constraints, and supply/demand fluctuations.
●
Promotes best practices, knowledge sharing, and standardization across teams and functions.

●
