Reporting to the Sr. Quote Project Manager, the Assistant Quote Project Manager role involves… What a typical day looks like: • Proceed/manage the quote process once receiving the quote request by BDM • Analyze quote requirements and screen check the RFQ package • Ensure accurate, timely and competitive responses to customer quotations • Coordinate/Liaise with BDM and stakeholders to ensure the specific requirements and deliverables in quote are met at timely manner • Develop comprehensive costing/pricing which comply with specific product definitions and are aligned to achieve business strategy defined • Prepare/Develop accurate financial models to aid for decision making and development of pricing hypothesis/simulation • Quote vs. actual analysis The experience we’re looking to add to our team: • Degree holder in Finance, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business or related disciplines. • At least 5 years working experience in Quotation, costing analysis, industrial Engineering or Supply chain management experience in electronics manufacturing industry. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with high proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin • knowledge in the areas of industrialization, finance or manufacturing • Self-motivated, well-organized and efficient, able to report accurately on-time deliverables on schedule or under tight deadlines • A team-player and must have aptitude for working in different cultures and proficient Excel skills What you’ll receive for the great work you provide: • Life Insurance • PTO • Social Insurance
