Key Responsibilities
• Act as the key business partner for the client, establishing and nurturing strong, trust-based relationships at senior levels.
• Lead the integrated marketing communication (IMC) strategy for the client's brands, providing insightful strategic counsel that addresses business challenges and unlocks growth opportunities.
• Drive the end-to-end execution of campaigns to a high standard, from strategic planning and creative briefing to final delivery, ensuring all outputs are on-brand, on-time, and on-budget.
• Lead, manage, and mentor a dedicated account service team, fostering their professional growth and ensuring high performance and team morale.
• Oversee the account's financial health, including budget forecasting, resource management, and profitability analysis.
• Serve as the central point of coordination, working seamlessly with internal creative, strategy, and production teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Proactively identify new business opportunities within the existing client portfolio and contribute to the agency's growth.
Requirements
• 8 years of experience in account management within the advertising industry (or 6 years for the AAD level).
• Must have solid working experience in a 4A or multinational advertising agency.
• Must have extensive experience serving clients in the FMCG, Beauty, or Fashion industries. Experience with well-known international FMCG brands is a significant plus.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale, integrated marketing campaigns (IMC). Experience that spans both 4A and local agency environments is a nice-to-have.
• Must be bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese, with the ability to use both as working languages in a professional business context.
• A smart and strategic thinker with a strong sense of ownership and a hands-on, can-do attitude.
• Demonstrates resilience, a positive mindset, and the ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.
• Available to start as soon as possible.

任职要求
• 8年以上广告行业客户管理经验(申请AAD级别则为6年以上)。
• 必须 具备在4A或跨国广告公司的扎实工作经验。
• 必须 拥有服务快速消费品(FMCG)、美妆或时尚行业客户的丰富经验;有服务国际知名快消品牌经验者优先。
• 拥有主导大型整合营销战役(IMC)的成功经验;同时具备4A及本土广告公司经验者优先。
• 必须 中英文流利,能将双语作为专业商务场景下的工作语言。
• 聪明,富有策略性思维,具备强烈的主人翁意识和责任感,能亲力亲为地解决问题。
• 心态积极开放,皮实抗压,能在快节奏、高压力的环境下保持出色的工作表现。
• 具备良好的领导力、沟通能力和客户管理技巧。
