工作职责
-负责全球商标数据库(Fovea IP)的市场推广与客户开发工作,挖掘潜在客户资源,拓展国内企业、知识产权代理机构等目标客户群体,完成既定销售目标;
-深度了解客户业务需求与痛点,结合数据库功能及知识产权服务优势,为客户提供针对性的产品解决方案,推动客户签约合作;
-负责客户全生命周期的销售跟进,包括商务洽谈、合同签订、款项回收等工作,确保销售流程顺利推进;
-维护良好的客户关系,定期与合作客户进行沟通回访,主动挖掘客户的复购需求与转介绍机会,提升客户忠诚度与续约率;
-配合团队完成市场活动策划与执行,如行业展会、线上线下产品推介会、知识产权主题研讨会等,提升产品的市场知名度与影响力;
-根据业务需求,参与国内主要城市的出差任务,开展客户拜访、商务洽谈与市场调研工作。
任职要求
-专业知识扎实:本科以上学历,具备知识产权、市场营销、工商管理等相关专业背景优先;熟悉商标、专利等知识产权基础业务知识,了解国内商标服务行业发展趋势者优先;
-销售能力突出:具备敏锐的市场洞察力与客户挖掘能力,拥有良好的沟通表达、商务谈判能力,能够独立完成客户开发与销售全流程工作;
-服务意识良好:善于倾听客户需求,具备较强的客户关系维护能力,能够及时响应客户反馈,解决合作过程中的各类问题;
-适应出差需求:可接受国内主要城市短期出差,配合团队完成客户拓展与市场开拓工作;
-办公技能熟练:精通 Office 办公软件(Word、Excel、PPT),能够高效完成销售方案撰写、客户资料整理、销售数据统计与分析工作;
-有知识产权行业、数据库产品销售经验者优先;具备良好的沟通表达能力者优先考虑。

Account Manager / Sales Specialist
Job Responsibilities
-Be responsible for the marketing promotion and customer development of the global trademark database(Fovea IP), tap into potential customer resources, expand target customer groups including domestic enterprises and intellectual property (IP) agencies, and achieve established sales targets.
-Deeply understand customers’ business needs and pain points, and provide targeted product solutions by combining the database’s functions and IP service advantages to promote customer signing and cooperation.
-Undertake end-to-end sales follow-up throughout the customer lifecycle, including business negotiations, contract signing, and payment collection, ensuring the smooth progress of the sales process.
-Maintain sound customer relationships, conduct regular communication and follow-up visits with cooperative customers, proactively explore customers’ repurchase needs and referral opportunities, and improve customer loyalty and renewal rates.
-Collaborate with the team to plan and execute marketing activities, such as industry exhibitions, online and offline product promotion meetings, and IP-themed seminars, to enhance the product’s market visibility and influence.
-Participate in short-term business trips to major domestic cities as per business requirements, conducting customer visits, business negotiations, and market research.
Job Requirements
-Solid professional knowledge: Bachelor’s degree or above; priority given to candidates with relevant academic backgrounds in IP, marketing, business administration, etc.; familiarity with basic IP business knowledge such as trademarks and patents, and understanding of the development trends of the domestic trademark service industry are preferred.
-Outstanding sales capabilities: Possess keen market insight and customer development skills, excellent communication and business negotiation abilities, and the ability to independently complete the entire process of customer development and sales.
-Strong service awareness: Be good at listening to customer needs, have strong customer relationship management capabilities, and be able to respond promptly to customer feedback and resolve various issues during cooperation.
-Willingness to travel: Accept short-term business trips to major domestic cities and cooperate with the team to complete customer expansion and market development.
-Proficiency in office skills: Master Office software (Word, Excel, PPT), and efficiently complete the writing of sales plans, sorting of customer data, and statistical analysis of sales data.
-Priority is given to candidates with sales experience in the IP industry or database products; excellent communication skills are a plus.
