职位描述
Responsibilities:
· To provide compliance advices and support on the daily operations, new business initiatives and insurance products
· To review and maintain the internal policies and procedures to ensure the compliance of regulatory requirements
· To conduct regular assessments and reviews on compliance issues including but not limited to CRS, personal data issues, related party transactions, due diligence and outsourcing etc
· To assist in preparing Chinese compliance reports to management and Group Company
· To handle enquiries from regulators
· To conduct internal trainings on compliance issues to enhance the compliance consciousness of all staff levels
· To handle any ad hoc tasks as assigned
· Work base in Headquarter (Hung Hom)
Requirements:
· Degree holder in Law, Accounting or other related disciplines
· Minimum of 6 years compliance experience
· Sound knowledge of insurance and related regulatory requirements
· Good analytical, interpersonal and communications skills
· Motivated, problem-solving and details oriented
· Able to work independently as well as part of the team
· Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
