Objectives:
Lead BU sales analysis work, including incentive management and reporting systems. Be responsible for supporting key business processes such as sales planning and headcount management. Meanwhile, drive sales effectiveness and efficiency through various projects and identify opportunities for internal process excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Be in charge of incentive and award management.
2. Be involved in key business processes such as sales planning and headcount management.
3. Provide support on channel management including rebate calculations.
4. Deliver compelling insights and recommendations from underlying data to clearly communicate value and opportunity to key stakeholders. And address current risk points and provide solution by providing insightful market information.
