Purpose of the Role
The HR Manager is a strategic and hands-on role responsible for managing the full local spectrum of Human Resources functions. This position partners with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure positive employee experience.
It requests an operational doer, balancing policy development with day-to-day HR administration, while supporting other local Indicor Business Units as necessary.
Essential Job Functions - Responsibilities
Recruitment/Staffing
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for all levels of positions.
- Source, screen and manage the recruitment process for positions. Maintain job folders for future reference.
- Work closely with Hiring Managers to ensure sourcing and screening qualified candidates, scheduling interviews, and timely follow-up communications.
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding procedures in compliance with PRC labor regulations.
HRIS
- Maintain employee records/files in a confidential secure manner consistent with employment laws and China’s Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL).
- Process employee record changes and prepare monthly and periodic reports (e.g., headcount, turnover) for corporate and local management.

- Manage attendance and leave records; ensure accurate handling of all leave types.
