职位要求
Bachelor degree in Chemical or related major;
本科学历，化学相关专业；
8 years or above technical support experience in electronic, auto, printing and packaging industry preferably focusing on adhesives, coating, lubricants and other products, 3 years or above management experience;
8年以上向电子业、汽车业、印刷及包装业等各大工业提供黏合剂、敷形涂料、润滑油等产品技术支持的工作经验，3年以上的管理经验；
Good communication and presentation skills, smoothly communicate with clients and sales;
具备良好的沟通、表达能力，能妥善的与客户、销售人员进行沟通；
Have strong practical skills, can offer live demonstrations of the right method of applying adhesives;
有较强的动手能力，能现场演示正确的用胶方法；
A team player, responsible, friendly, loyalty and responsive;
有团队合作精神、尽责、对客户友善、忠诚及反应快捷；
Solid knowledge of Chemical, strong learning skills and willing to learn new knowledge constantly;
具备扎实化学专业知识基础，有较强的学习能力，能不断学习新的产品知识；
Good English skills;
具备良好的英语能力；
Good work attitude and able to travel frequently.
具有良好的工作态度，并能适应经常出差。

工作职责
Manage the technical support team, arrange and coordinate various technical support projects;
负责技术支持团队的管理，安排、协调公司的各项技术支持工作；
Translate and familiar with the new products and new technical materials, provide product knowledge and application training to sales;
负责对新产品线，新技术资料的熟悉和翻译，并对销售人员进行培训；
Provide large technology lecture and onsite training to the engineers of key customers;
负责对重点客户的工程技术人员进行大型的技术讲座及现场培训；
Develop different product lines based on customer requirements and offer customers a total solution to adhesives;
根据客户的需求，挖掘公司现有产品线，为客户提供完整的用胶解决方案；
Can solve the problems quickly and appropriately, assist clients to find the source of the problem and eliminate the similar problem.
能快速、妥当的解决客户用胶过程中出现的问题，并能协助客户找到问题的根源从而杜绝类似问题发生。
