Teaching and Learning 1. 设计和教授多个自主开设的视觉艺术课程,可涉及的领域包括平面/纯艺、3D/建筑、服装/面料、摄影/电影 Design and teach multiple teacher-driven visual art courses, which cover areas such as 2D/Fine Art, 3D/Architecture, Fashion/Textile, Photography/Filming 2. 采用多元评价体系,激发学生的课程参与积极性 Adopt a diverse range of assessment methods to stimulate student engagement and agency in their participation in the courses. 3. 开发高阶课内、课后活动及竞赛,为视觉艺术基础较好的学生提供足够的延展性支持 Develop advanced curricular and co-curricular activities or competitions in order to stretch the students with good foundational skills 4. 打造工作室/作品集文化:学生可获得画册/过程日志以形成实体或数字作品集以体现时间积累过程 Build a studio/portfolio culture: students maintain sketchbooks/process journals and curated portfolios (physical and/or digital) showing growth over time. 5. 教授工作室习惯和点评技巧:清晰教授表达想法产生、明确、做工、反思和可依靠的同伴点评工具Teach studio habits and critique: explicitly teach ideation, iteration, craftsmanship, reflection, and safe peer critique protocols. 6. 将视觉文化/艺术史融入实践性项目中(艺术家、艺术运动、当代视觉文化、图像伦理) Integrate visual culture/art history into practical projects (artists, movements, contemporary visual culture, ethics of images). 7. 策划和实施展览(在校展陈、美术馆风格展现、学生策展说明、作品归档) Plan and deliver exhibitions (on-campus displays, gallery-style showcases, student curation statements, documentation of work). 8. 为不同能力水平设置差异化学习任务、铺设进一步成长路径、为需要打基础的学生提供针对性支持Differentiate for mixed skill levels with tiered tasks, extension pathways, and targeted support for students needing foundations. 9. 将数字化艺术工作流融入教学中(照片/视频剪辑、文档整理、数字作品集管理、负责任使用)Integrate digital arts workflow where appropriate (photo/video editing, file organization, digital portfolio management, responsible use). 10. 确保教室保持为一个具有吸引力的有序空间,合理管理设施和资源 to ensure that the classroom is an attractive orderly place where equipment and resources are well managed 11. 全面理解宁波赫德实验学校教育理念的宗旨和目标 to have a thorough understanding of the purpose and aims of the HD Ningbo School’s educational ethos 12. 始终保持高标准对学生激励、鼓舞、挑战的高标准期望 to always set high expectations, which inspire, motivate and challenge pupils 13. 始终保持高标准对学生激励、鼓舞、挑战的高标准期望 Set high expectations, which inspire, motivate and challenge pupils 14. 能够使用相关技术以支持课程的理解与发展 Use all relevant technology to support understanding and development 15. 秉持一贯的学生行为规范 Ensure that an acceptable standard of children’s behaviour is clearly stated and consistently maintained 16. 确保所有学生都得到平等、尊重的对待 Ensure that all children are treated with respect – fairly and equally 17. 完成学校安排的其它工作 Complete other tasks as assigned by the School Classroom / Studio Operations 1. 建立并实施工作室工具和材料使用安全流程(切割工具、粘合剂、加热工具、涂料溶剂等到),为学生提供相应培训 Establish and enforce studio safety procedures for tools/materials (cutting tools, adhesives, heat tools, paint/solvents if used), including clear routines and student training. 2. 管理艺术学科库存和采购:跟踪耗材、计划使用、提交采购申请、管理存储/贴标 Manage art inventory and ordering: track materials, plan consumption, submit purchase requests on time, and maintain safe storage/labeling. 3. 高校记录学生产出(照片记录、贴标签、存储、期末带回家体系)以防止丢失/损坏和支持评测 Document student work efficiently (photo documentation, labeling, storage, end-of-term take-home systems) to prevent loss/damage and support assessment. Communication and Co-operation 1. 与所有员工保持密切合作与工作支持 to work co-operatively and supportively with all members of staff 2. 与同事共享信息、想法、资源 to share information, ideas and resources with colleagues 3. 与家长建立支持性且富有成效的关系 to develop supportive and productive relationships with parents 4. 对学生的发展情况进行精准完成的记录 to maintain accurate and complete records of children’s development 5. 参加部门、学校内部以及家长会议 to participate in departmental, school-based and parental meetings 6. 数据共享并确保数据妥善存单 to share assessment data and ensure that it is appropriately archived 7. 准备有关儿童及其活动所需报告 to prepare required reports on children and their activities 8. 参与所有员工共同承担的监督职责 to participate in the supervisory duties shared by all members of staff 9. 参与学校课外活动 to participate in the co-curricular life of the school 10. 在学校日常管理中发挥重要作用 to play a full part in the corporate life of the School 11. 支持学校形象、品牌的宣传 to support the School’s image and profile in the community 12. 与级部、班导师/学科教师合作开展跨学科项目(设计、人文、科创相关) Collaborate with homeroom/subject teachers on cross-curricular projects (design, humanities themes, STEAM links) when appropriate. 13. 以学生牵头设计的视觉形式(海报、节目、台布/道具)支持学校活动(展出、展示和节目) Support school events visually (exhibitions, showcases, productions) through student-led design contributions (posters, programs, set/prop elements) within reasonable workload boundaries.
