1. Provide timely and responsive sales support to Japanese customers, ensuring seamless business engagement.
2. Develop strong customer relationships and drive sustained revenue growth through solution-based selling.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum 3 years of experience in the electronics industry with an engineering or TPM background.
2 Possess experience in business development, sales, or account management.
3. Strong relationships with key players in the Electronics industry.
4. Strong communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
5. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage projects independently.
6. Experience with Japanese customers is a plus.
7. Japanese JLPT N1 required.
