Job Description :
1.维护和跟踪当地网点日常运营,并反馈总部
Daily CP operation management and feedback.
2.根据总部整体网点规划,落地执行网点的开发,关闭,改善等决策
Implement service network planning, acquisition, exit and improvement policy according HQ CP management strategy.
3.日常辅导网点,指导和规范网点管理工作,达到BSH要求的网点服务技能
Daily guiding for CP on service SOP to meet the requirement from BSH HQ.
4.分析、评估及提升网点的服务绩效,持续提高质量和顾客满意度
Analysis, evaluation and enhance CP service performance, to improve service quality and consumer satisfaction.
5.支持区域网点的营销能力提升,推动网点达成营收目标并获得更高收益
Improve CP sales and proved necessary support, enhance CP to achieve sales target and gain a higher benefit.
6.反馈网点赋能和培训需求,并协调组织培训
Collect training requirement from CP and coordinate training team to implement training.
职位要求:
Job Profile:
1.大专及以上学历,至少3年以上相关工作经验。
College and above, at least 3 years working experience.
2.至少1年领导力及项目经验。
At least 1 year Leadership Experience and Project Experience
3.性格外向,能够调动团队成员积极性,激发凝聚力。
Outgoing personality, able to mobilize the enthusiasm of team members
