Main Tasks
1. Lead new project concept design, mechanical design, review supplier design.
Lead equipment pre-acceptance, equipment installation and commissioning, technical specification review and supplier design review, COEM and BTP project technical specification creation, share line concept design for new project.
2. Focus on product launches, especially mechanical design field including self design and review supplier design BA Plants APAC incl. Plants where BA has production
3. Lead share line concept design for new project,support new line concept design
4. Lead Equipment Pre-acceptance，Lead Equipment installation and commissioning
5. Lead Technical Specification review and supplier design review
6. Lead COEM and BTP project Technical Specification creation4. Equipment investment control and leadtime tracking


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

1. Bachelor / master’s degree with mechanical related majors
2. 3 years work experience in mechanical design capability, whole line concept/mechanical design experience is preferred.
3. Joint-Venture or Foreign owned company preferred
