职位描述
Responsibility:
1.客户开发与业绩达成:负责华南地区IDC(互联网数据中心)、汽车等行业大客户的开发、维护与深耕,聚焦电气元器件及相关解决方案的销售,完成个人销售目标。
Responsible for the development, maintenance, and deepening of key accounts in industries such as IDC (Internet Data Center) and automotive in South China, focusing on the sales of electrical components and related solutions to achieve personal sales targets.
2.客户洞察与分析:深入梳理客户组织架构、业务战略及决策流程,建立完善的客户档案(含组织架构、关键决策人、业务需求、历史合作等),持续跟踪客户需求变化,识别潜在项目机会。
Conduct in-depth analysis of customer organizational structures, business strategies, and decision-making processes; establish comprehensive customer profiles (including organizational charts, key decision-makers, business needs, historical cooperation, etc.); continuously track changes in customer needs and identify potential project opportunities.
3.项目与机会管理:对所负责大客户的项目进展进行全生命周期跟踪,协调公司内部(如区域、产品、技术、供应链)与外部(如客户、合作伙伴)资源,推动项目落地;挖掘客户潜在需求,共研共创拓展合作领域,提升客户价值。
Track the entire lifecycle of projects for assigned key accounts, coordinate internal (regional, product, technical, supply chain) and external (customer, partner) resources to drive project implementation; explore potential customer needs, conduct co-development to expand cooperation areas, and enhance customer value.
4.战略协议推进:引导并推动集团短名单技术协议、战略协议的谈判与签订,深化与客户的长期合作关系,巩固施耐德万高在华南地区行业客户中的市场份额。
Lead and facilitate the negotiation and signing of group short-list technical agreements and strategic agreements to deepen long-term cooperative relationships with customers and consolidate Schneider Wingoal's market share among industry clients in South China.
5.市场与竞争反馈:收集行业动态、竞争对手信息及客户需求反馈,为公司制定区域销售策略、产品优化提供数据支持。
Collect industry trends, competitor information, and customer feedback to provide data support for the company's formulation of regional sales strategies and product optimization.


Requirement
1.基本条件(Basic Requirements)
本科及以上学历,电气工程及其自动化、机电一体化等相关专业优先;
Bachelor's degree or above, with preference given to majors in Electrical Engineering and Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields.
2.行业经验(Industry Experience)
具备5年以上电气元器件销售经验,熟悉电气机械/电力设备行业市场;有大型行业客户(如新能源、互联网、金融、算力等)开发经验者优先。
Over 5 years of sales experience in electrical components, familiar with the electrical machinery/power equipment industry; prior experience in developing large industry clients (such as new energy, internet, finance, computing power, etc.) is preferred.
3.大客户管理能力(Key Account Management Capability)
具备3年以上大客户开发与管理经验,熟悉大客户销售流程(如项目立项、需求调研、方案呈现、谈判签约),能独立主导复杂项目,具备较强的项目节点把控能力。
Over 3 years of experience in key account development and management, familiar with key account sales processes (e.g., project initiation, needs research, solution presentation, negotiation and signing); able to independently lead complex projects and possess strong project milestone control capabilities.
4.核心能力(Core Competencies)
A,具备良好的客户沟通与谈判技巧,能与客户高层(如CEO、采购总监、技术总监)建立有效联系;
Excellent customer communication and negotiation skills, able to establish effective connections with customer senior management (e.g., CEO, Purchasing Director, Technical Director);
B,具备较强的市场分析与判断能力,能快速识别客户需求与市场机会;
Strong market analysis and judgment abilities, able to quickly identify customer needs and market opportunities;
C,具备团队协作精神,能有效协调公司内部资源解决客户问题;
Teamwork spirit, able to effectively coordinate internal company resources to solve customer problems.
