Job Purpose: This role supports the Commercial Development team in identifying,

evaluating, and securing prime retail locations for L'Oréal brands in China. You will

contribute to strategic real estate planning, portfolio optimization, and lease negotiation.

Key Responsibilities:

61 Market Analysis: Conduct competitive real estate market analysis for retail and

cosmetics. Help compile proposals for new store optimization using market and

portfolio data.

61 Site Selection: Evaluate retail opportunities using site selection metrics,

demographics, and research to ensure optimal location, performance, and

visibility. Identify and assess potential new retail premises for expansion or

relocation, aligning with strategic goals.
