RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Install, support and maintain new IT desktop systems hardware and software.

2. Manage and setup IT system access and security configurations.

3. Support and maintain Servers, Network or Storage systems for optimal performance
支持维护服务器、网络、数据存储相关基本任务
4. Manage and enforce user PC settings to comply with IT policies.
按照IT合规性要求配置并维护桌面计算机环境
5. Provide user training at appropriate level
向用户提供基本计算机技能支持
6. Complete and/or escalate user helpdesk requests timely for efficient resolution
准时、高效完成用户技术支持请求
7. Complete other tasks assigned by superior.
完成上级安排的其他工作
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor or above with major in Computer Science, Information Technology, and Information management
本科及以上学历，计算机科学，信息技术，信息管理等专业
2. ≥2 years’ experience in IT System
两年及以上信息技术运维经验
3. MS Windows Servers, Services and OS.
熟悉Windows服务器操作系统与服务
4. MS Windows 10/11.
熟悉微软Windows客户端操作系统知识
5. MS Office 365, Exchange Online.
了解Office 365服务与产品技术，熟悉Exchange Online服务
6. AD, DHCP, DNS, Cisco ISE NAC.
了解活动目录、动态主机配置协议、域名系统、思科ISE网络准入等技术
7. Network/Internet Technologies, networking and subnet networking.
了解基础网络知识，熟悉子网划分
8. Particular office software support.
熟悉常用办公软件的支持
9. Good people and communication skills (English, Chinese).
