职位描述
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement enterprise-level global account strategies to drive business growth.
- Conduct sales visits and manage the full sales cycle with worldwide customers.
- Acquire new customers and retain existing accounts, ensuring long-term business relationships.
- Provide pre-sales support and create customized customer proposals and solution offerings.
- Prepare pricing proposals and participate in key commercial negotiations.
- Activate customer accounts and deliver ongoing post-sales support to ensure service quality.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to support strategic business decisions.
- Manage or supervise the work of external vendors as required.
- Plan and organize individual work on a weekly and monthly basis to achieve sales targets.
- Support the development and optimization of existing and new team processes and procedures.
- Collaborate and communicate regularly with internal stakeholders, including frontline management, senior management, directors, and VP-level executives.
- Maintain continual interaction with external customers to strengthen business partnerships.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in sales or account management.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, influencing, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Excellent networking ability and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work with regional-level activities and global customer engagements.
