- To work closely with customer service and planning team to processed orders timely and correctly.
与客户服务和规划团队紧密合作,确保订单得到及时且正确的处理。
- To fulfil customer orders and requirements, work with plants, procurements and logistics to have timely producing and delivery.
处理和完成客户订单与需求,协助工厂, 采购和物流部门以保证生产及运输的及时安排。
- To execute Solenis’ customer service standards, order processing procedure, and support the implementation of SAP .
执行索理思客户服务标准和客户订单处理流程,支持SAP实施。
- Contact third-party service providers such as freight forwarders and customs brokers, and track the booking, container consolidation, customs clearance, delivery, and other related processes.
对接货代、报关行等第三方服务商,跟踪订舱、集港、清关、送货等环节。
- Communicate well with customer service, plant, logistics and finance team, work closely with them to solve disputes if necessary.
与客服/工厂/物流/仓库/财务保持良好的沟通, 如有需要, 协助他们一起解决其间争议。
- Strictly comply with the trade compliance and procedure to drive for min. and to eliminate the trade compliance risk.
严格遵守贸易合规和程序,以消除贸易合规风险。
- Familiar with the exportation regulation and related standards and keeps the other departments’ staff informed and updated about them.
熟悉了解出口法则法规,并及时的告知各个相关部门最新的法律法规。
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in relative area ( international trading / international logistics / supply chain )
- Familiar with operation of inter-company PO and tripartite Sales order.
- Familiar with the import/ export operation and documents preparation
- Self-starter with strong initiative. Strong teamwork skills.
- Working actively and carefully, can work under pressure.
- Fluent in English
