职责描述： 1. Make electromagnetic design for customer enquiry/ new product/ new project 为客户咨询/新产品/新项目进行电磁设计 2. Review and analyze the test result/ cost reduction 回顾和分析测试结果/降低成本 3. Review and comply with standard 检查并遵守标准 4. Have electrical technical support 拥有电气技术支持 5. Communicate with France for special EM development 与法国就特殊电磁开发进行沟通 任职要求： 1. Bachelor or above, major on electric machinery or relevant electrical engineering 本科及以上学历，电机或相关电气工程专业 2. More than 2 years on electric machinery industrial 2年以上电机行业工作经验 3. Experience on three phase motor design and manufacturing procedure 有三相电机设计和制造经验 4. Knowledge of motor control and application 电机控制及应用知识 5. English CET 6, good at listening and speaking. 英语6级，英语听说好。
