职位描述
Major Tasks/主要工作内容:
- Ensure immediate clarification of all quality related issues arising at our customers.
- Investigate quality issues immediately at customer site.
- Inform responsible quality engineer about details.
- Co-ordinate all necessary activities within quality and operation departments to get quick response on customer questions/complaints.
- Co-operate with manufacture engineer, sales and key account manager to decide about containment and corrective actions.
- Provide feedback to customer about improvement actions.
- Work with onsite team for CIPs and key projects.
- Implementation and follow on customer related system such as spec review, DLR, etc.
- Other Job assignment from superior.
Requirements/任职要求:
- Bachelor degree or above, engineering background, experience in related industry preferred
- Experience in quality standards (ISO9001/ISO14001/OHSAS18001)
- Fluent in English, strong analytical skills
- Communication and social skills
- Ability to represent the company to customers
- At least 5 years of experience in quality
- Track record in a related industry (substrate/semiconductor/PCB)
