职务职责
Responsibilities:

1.提供成模具相关的技术及跨部门支持，领导团队完成模具交付，并有效汇报项目进展并汇报/控制项目风险。
Provide technical and project leadership in directing a cross-function team from concept to delivery of tools and related items, and effectively communicate project status and proactively manage risk.

2.作为公司和模具供应商的中间人跟踪项目问题，有效向公司管理层沟通任何项目障碍。
Act as primary interface between tooling vendors and our company for all project issues, and communicate any “roadblocks” or issues to the management team.

3.在项目预算基准上根据BOM表、模具及资产保证项目成本。制作并维护项目时间进度，保证公司及客户进度并制作、维护、汇报项目问题报告。
Maintain project costs within the baseline budgets for BOM, tooling, and investment. Develop and maintain a project timing charts depicting ability to meet both company and customer's milestones, as well as initiate, maintain, and publish the program open issues report.

4.建立有效的措施及方案以完成困难项目交付, 开展项目回顾并为其他项目总结***方案。
Establish countermeasures and alternative solutions when the project deliverables are at risk, and initiate the review of lessons learned/best practices of other programs and document new ones from each project.

5.提供内部及外部成本控制并为持续改进提供建议。
Support internal and external cost savings and continuous improvement efforts.

6.对模具制造厂进行质量、价格、交付及安全审核。
Review tool shops relative to quality, price, delivery, safety.

7.其他指派的任务。
Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.



任职要求
job requirements:

1.大专以上学历，机械工程或模具相关专业优先；
College degree or above, major in mechanical engineering or mold is preferred;

2.中英文均可作为工作语言；
Both Chinese and English can be used as working languages;

3.五年以上模具相关工作经验；
More than five years of mold-related work experience;

4.能看懂各类产品图纸，熟练运用Office办公软件，以及UG、Filezilla、AutoCAD等软件，熟悉模具加工各项工艺；
Be able to understand all kinds of product drawings, be proficient in using Office software, UG, Filezilla, AutoCAD and other software, and be familiar with various mold processing techniques;

5.工作有责任心，积极主动性强,有较好的沟通能力。
Have a sense of responsibility at work, be proactive, and have good communication skills.
