Responsible for the cost calculation of takt time/tooling and equipment investment for new product pre-development. 负责新产品前期的节拍/刀具成本核算及设备类投资核算。 2. Responsible for the process development of new products. 负责新产品工艺开发。 3. Responsible for the development of tooling/fixtures/tooling setups for new products. 负责新产品刀具/夹具/工装类的开发。 4. Responsible for selecting equipment for new products. 负责新产品设备的选型。 5. Responsible for the development of process containers and other handling equipment for new products. 负责新产品过程周转盛具等的开发。 6. Responsible for preparing PFMEA and CP. 负责PFMEA和CP的编制。 7. Participate in process optimization/problem-solving for mass production projects. 参与量产项目的工艺优化/问题解决。 8. Participate in company system/third-party audits. 参与公司体系/三方审核。 9. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors. 完成上级交办的其他工作。 Job Requirements任职要求: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical engineering. 学士及以上，主修机械。 2. At least 10 years work experience in precision metal machining company. Minimum 3 years of experience on management. 10年以上精密金属机加工公司工作经验。3年以上管理经验。 3. Familiar with turning(including mulit-spindle), grinding and 5 axils CNC machine. 熟悉车床（含多轴）, 磨床和五轴加工中心。 4. Familiar with IATF16949. 熟悉IATF16949 。 5. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written. 精通英语读写 6. Above 35 years old. 年龄35岁以上。 7. Good ability of planning, execution, communication and coordination. 良好的计划、执行、沟通和协调能力。 8. Work independently, proactively and strategically. 独立，积极主动并有策略性地工作。
