职位描述
• Creates, owns, and manages the Customer experience. Supports the new business opportunities and income streams as well as developing the communication with our customers.
• As the external contact window, provide good customer experience and deliver high service standard to our tenants and visitors, including clarification of tenants’ queries, coordination to provide free and non-free daily services.
• As the internal contact window, coordinate with all internal co-workers to implement high quality daily customer services
• Assist to secure customer satisfaction rate, with the implementation of customer service plan, regular interaction, and communication with customers, continuously improvement of service quality.
• Formulate customer service work plans, standards, expenses, and related annual budgets
• Document filing and update on regular basis
• Operational performance analysis and report
• Build up the standard operational process and secure daily operation of reception area at office lobbies base on related procedures and processes. Deal with emergency, notify and coordinate relevant department
• Cooperate with MU Leasing and Finance on the collection and refund of tenants' rent, property fees and other related expenses
• Work with TC, FM, CO and other departments to follow up tenant decoration.
• Assist CS Leader to handle tenant complaints.
• Create and manage customized events and marketing activities together with our Partners, meeting places and IKEA and follow them up.
• Other position-related tasks assigned by line manager.
