Job Title: Senior Specialist, Marketing Campaign
Major Responsibilities
Support in 2 Marquee Events in product development and Integrated marketing plan
- Support the development of product briefs, reporting/analytics, and general coordination of product or experience launches and enhancement.
- Support campaign owner to execute marquee event landing with IP partners, organize product workshop, monitor project timeline, and align with resort partners.
- Support campaign owner to develop integrated marketing plans and product strategies designed for seasonal events to engage targeted consumer segments via a variety of brand engagement activities.
- Partners with creative teams by ensuring they have a deep understanding of the product objectives and priority, while also helping the teams translate the product concepts into messaging and other appropriate product deliverables。
- Support to develop integrated marketing assets and facilitate the review process to amplify the marquee event awareness and strengthen for the conversion.
Support in Harry Porter themed Campaign Development
- Support Campaign Owner on campaign planning for Harry Porter themed campaign from brand perspective including in-park experience, campaign idea and ticketing products
- Work with cross teams for integrated marketing execution including assets planning, communication calendar and channel strategy
- Lead in Harry Porter fans amplification plan and execution to maximize the buzz of Harry Porter themed campaign
Support in UPI Movie Symphony Projects
- Support Campaign owner of UPI new movie initiative and establish taskforce
- Work with cross team including brand, channel, LP to develop communication plans to synergy the new movie influence to drive both brand voice and visitation
Support in administrative work of campaign team
- Support manager in agency bidding process with administrative management
- Support in PO/PR management of campaign team
Qualifications
1-3 years marketing experience
Strong learning agility is must
Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and understand the complexity of company
Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
Visibility to the marketing practice and high social sensitivity to the on-trend social tactic and fans operation
Preferably experience of operating official/personal social accounts (especially Redbook and Wechat) and proven successful record/case in delivering high engagement performance .
Education
Bachelor Degree or above

- 支持项目负责人哈里波特专项传播战役规划,包括园内活动,传播创意和票务产品的设计
- 与各部门紧密合作,监督和管理哈里波特专项传播战役项目的执行,包括素材的执行,传播日历和渠道策略
- 建立哈里波特粉丝群扩散的传播策略,提高哈里波特专项传播战役项目的活动声量
支持环球影业传播合作项目
- 支持环球影业和环球度假区新电影上市的落地项目,建立专项项目组,跟进项目进度
- 与各部门紧密合作,协同影业新电影,建立传播计划,发挥集合效应
协助营销活动部门的日常工作
- 协助供应商采购流程
- 协助日常部门的付款收货和报销流程
任职资格
1-3年相关市场营销工作经验
具备较强的学习能力,能够快速学习并掌握新的知识体系
能够适应快节奏的工作环境,了解公司运营的复杂性
具备有效的跨部门沟通能力,擅长人际交往
具备流利的英语写作和听说能力
对市场营销领域密切关注,对现有的市场营销领域具有很强的敏感度。对粉丝运营有一定的了解。
如有影业和IP联名合作的案例经验。
