Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop in depth understanding of China BTB market and competitive position. Based on understanding of industry structure/ market trend/ customer unmet needs/ market potential to develop portfolio strategies and annual plan.
2. Analyze portfolio performance along key metrics, draw implications and develop recommendations based on key market trends.
3. Launch innovations, build the value proposition and drive implementation in NorthAsia in collaboration with Sales, KAM and global marketing team. Develop new product launch package for key innovations that can be implemented locally.
4. Work closely with Sales/ R
