Job Responsibilities 岗位职责
1.Monitor supplier quality performance and track supplier improvement progress.

2.Create quality inspection work instructions (WI) and align with the inspection team to avoid repeated failures.
制定质量检验作业指导书，并与检验团队协调，避免重复出现不合格情况。
3.Check with suppliers for blockage appliance containment actions until the root cause is found for improvement.
与供应商沟通受阻产品的遏制措施，直至找到根本原因并进行改进。
4.Respond quickly to customer complaints and conduct process audits to eliminate repeated failures.
快速响应客户投诉，实施过程审核以消除重复出现的不合格情况。
5.Train and drive suppliers to enhance their problem-solving skills with the support of problem-solving experts, so as to improve their maturity level.
培训并推动供应商提升其问题解决能力，以提高其成熟度。
