Main accoutability
61Partner with TPL/CTI/brand team to define formulation JTBD for holistic product superiority
61Based on formulation JTBD, generate and evaluate formulation to meet project requirement, ensuring OTIF delivery.
61Lead scalp new formulation and new format development, including IP opportunities
61Partner with supplier to take industry insights for scalp formulation capability building
Key skills
1. Has aspiration and strong curiosity for formulation and new product development
2. Strong personal leadership and communication skills 3. Self-motivated, problem solver
4. Lab experience is a must
5. Good verbal and written English is a must
6. Master’s degree in chemistry, biology
