POSITION OVERVIEW职位概述 Responsible for the MML sub-factories digital projects management, guaranteeing the successful completion of the projects. e.g., MES/WMS/PLM/ERP/AGV/ASRS/IOT/ etc. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES岗位职责描述 • Responsible for the planning, integration, and implementation of overseas WMS, MES, and SCM software projects, coordinating communication between the development team and clients. Lead the team to gain comprehensive project management experience, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and with high quality. • Create and maintain project plans, lead system architecture design and development, promote the integration and optimization of front-end and back-end technologies, and manage resources in various fields at the company and site levels. • Regularly report project progress to clients, provide technical support and solutions, control project processes, plan ahead, monitor during execution, and conduct post-project analysis. Break down and execute project tasks to ensure progress and improve project completion rates. • Responsible for communicating user requirements and evaluating improvements for system implementation and operational issues. Write development requirement documents, revise system development documents, prepare training materials, and execute user training. • Lead the team in performing unit and integration testing for system function modules, ensuring that the system meets client requirements and is scalable, enabling smooth go-live implementation. • Lead system architecture design and development, write high-quality code and perform code reviews, optimize project performance and reliability. Promote the integration and optimization of front-end and back-end technologies, and develop and support Android PDA-end apps. • Manage the selection of development tools and technology stacks, including but not limited to VS2022, VSCode, Java, C#, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, etc. • Experience gained from logistics software projects will help provide more accurate system solutions. Actively follow up on the requirements of clients in the electromechanical integration department, effectively facilitating and resolving conflicts and issues within projects. Provide guidance to team members for productive and efficient work. • Perform other duties as needed. QUALIFICATIONS岗位基本要求  Bachelor's degree or above, major in Software Engineering, Computer, Automation or related.  Over 5 years of experience in MES/WMS/SAP implementation management in the manufacturing industry, familiar with manufacturing operations processes, at least 5 years of software development experience, and over 2 years of experience in project management for automotive parts, especially in the implementation of SAP, WMS, and MES for overseas projects is preferred.  Proficient in C#, Vue, Java, and other development languages, platforms, algorithms, and data structures. Familiar with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and other database development, and Webservice, Web API, and TCP communication interface technologies.  Familiar with front-end and back-end technology stacks, including Vue or React, CSS3, HTML5, and back-end frameworks such as .NET, Entity Framework, and Spring Boot.  Strong cross-cultural communication skills, capable of collaborating with teams from different countries.  Excellent command of English and Mandarin.
