We are looking for a proactive and experienced Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business development and nurturing potential client relationships in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and Pharmaceutical/Healthcare sectors. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in sales and logistics, capable of managing the full sales cycle and achieving growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities with target clients in FMCG and Pharma.
· Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential accounts through strategic relationship nurturing.
· Design and deliver integrated solutions that combine products, services, and logistics support.
· Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, marketing, product) to ensure seamless proposal delivery and client onboarding.
· Achieve and exceed assigned sales and business development targets.
Requirements:
· Minimum 5 years of sales/business development experience, with a proven track record in both FMCG and/or Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industries.
· Demonstrated ability to develop new clients and manage a potential client pipeline from prospecting to close.
· Hands-on experience in logistics, supply chain distribution is required.
· Strong solution-selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
