To be a professional internal trainer
Implement annual training plan and organize internal training.
Follow up and ensure training efficiency.
Maintain and optimise training record database.
File Management (training record management).
Training related support and logical arrangement.

Requirements
Bachelor degree or above
Good communication skills
Good presentation skills
Familiar with MS office (Excel, Power Point, etc.) operation.
